TERMS OF SERVICE

========== SERVICE TERMS OF AGREEMENT =========
      Preface
In order to create a safe, standardized and smooth online cross-border service environment, standardize the interactive and transactional behaviors of all users of the independent service system, and clarify the rights, obligations and risk responsibilities of both the service provider and users, this Service Terms Agreement is formulated on the basis of universal online service norms. All users who access and use the service shall fully read, understand and recognize all the contents of this agreement before use, and all service behaviors shall be subject to the constraints of this agreement.
Chapter 1: Service Scope & Nature
The service provided by the system is a generalized cross-border online interactive service, focusing on building an open transaction docking channel for users. The service scope covers all mainstream commodity and service transaction types, with no restriction on product categories, transaction modes and service scenarios. The whole service is independently operated and managed, and committed to providing inclusive and convenient online service support for diversified cross-border transaction demands. The service provider will try its best to expand service functions and enrich service forms according to the development of cross-border service scenarios.
      Chapter 2: User Use Specifications
      1. All users must use the service in a legitimate, authentic and standardized manner, and shall not forge information, falsify transaction records, or use service loopholes to seek improper interests. 2. Users shall not disseminate illegal, false, misleading and negative information in the service scenario, and shall not conduct behaviors that disturb the normal service order. 3. Users shall properly keep their service access credentials, and shall not transfer, rent or sell their service use qualifications to third parties without permission. The service provider will try its best to monitor abnormal user behaviors and conduct standardized management of service scenarios.
Chapter 3: Service Operation & Iteration
The service provider adheres to the principle of stable operation and progressive iteration, and will try its best to ensure the continuity and stability of basic service functions. In view of the continuous changes of user demands and online service technologies, the service provider will carry out regular function optimization, system upgrade and rule revision. For major service changes that affect user experience, the service team will try its best to complete advance notification and explanation. Short-term service instability caused by iteration and maintenance is a normal technical adjustment and does not belong to service default.
Chapter 4: Data Security & User Rights Protection
The service provider attaches great importance to user data security and personal rights protection, and has formulated complete data management and privacy protection mechanisms. All user private data generated in the service process will be encrypted and stored in a standardized manner, and the service provider will try its best to avoid data leakage, loss and abuse. Users have independent control rights over their personal data. The service provider will only use user data for service operation, risk control and system optimization, and will never use user privacy data for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Chapter 5: Risk Bearing & Dispute Settlement
Users shall fully understand that online cross-border services are affected by multiple uncertain factors such as network environment, technical conditions and external scenarios, and there are objective service risks. The service provider will try its best to take technical and management measures to reduce risk losses, but does not undertake the liability for direct or indirect losses caused by objective uncontrollable factors. In case of service disputes, both parties will try their best to settle them through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the settlement shall be based on the effective service records and agreement provisions.
      Chapter 6: Final Supplementary Provisions
This agreement is the entire valid service agreement between the two parties, replacing all informal previous agreements. If any clause of this agreement is adjusted or updated, the latest public content shall prevail. All unused rights of the service provider are reserved, and the failure to exercise certain rights does not mean the abandonment of relevant rights.
